Welcome to the Suffolk County Village Officials Association (SCVOA) website. We're pleased to provide this resource so that fellow government officials and the general public can learn about SCVOA and our member villages.
SCVOA is a not-for-profit organization consisting of 32 incorporated villages. We provide a platform of support and forum of communication for village governments throughout Suffolk County.
This year in particular, our villages will have to contend with many challenges. Economic conditions will limit available funds from the County and State while the cost of infrastructure improvements and operating expenses are dramatically increasing.
A major benefit of active participation in SCVOA is the shared communication of the issues, our individual and collective experiences and how to best meet the challenges we each face in our villages.
